Kichiji, located on the 5th floor of Harbor North, will be presenting a wide array of Japanese dishes such as sushi, sashimi, tempura and teppanyaki; all prepared freshly upon order with the top-notched ingredients sourced from Japan, e.g, A5 wagyu, Kagoshima Kurobuta(pork), and Prime Tuna Belly from Aomori.

The restaurant is set in a relaxing atmosphere where guests will be able to enjoy the food freshly served from the teppanyaki table and sushi bar. The balcony takes in the view of the Victoria Harbor allows the guests to indulge in the amazing views and the cuisine.

    

香港的日本料理店多不勝數,與友人淺幾杯,並開懷分享串燒, 日式小食等亦算不上甚麼新奇事。但一間融入了鐵板燒及壽司元素,並擁有180度醉人維港景色的新派料理店,又會不會令人眼前一亮呢?

即將於北角匯5樓開幕的喜之次,就擁有以上新鮮的元素。店舖取名喜之次,因為喜之次屬日本名魚的一款,味道鮮香且魚油豐腴,是十分高質素的海鮮,店舖取其名就是寓意我們的出品亦一樣質優味美,而且希望店舖能像喜之次魚一樣成為界別的表表者。

  

喜之次的菜式多樣,刺身、壽司、燒物、炸物以及飯麵都一應俱全,盡是傳統風味的日式料理,如吉列日本黑豚肉、汁煮魚頭、壽喜燒牛肉鍋與及豚肉生薑燒等。而刺身及壽司亦十分豐富,選擇超過三十款,當中包括有最受歡迎的北海道馬糞海膽、以及吞拿魚腩等,而且取材全自日本北海道及青森區域,確保海鮮時令肥美。

  

鐵板燒的選擇亦十分多樣,海鮮就有來自日本的鮑魚及象拔蚌,帆立貝及蠔等等。肉類就有A5和牛、紐西蘭羊架以及鹿兒島豚肉等,全部在鐵板上即叫即燒,為客人帶來可觀又可嘗的鐵板秀!

在北角總是找不到地方好好吃一頓午餐?喜之次的午餐選擇超過20款,除了傳統定食,更有多款刺身、壽司以及刺身(丼)飯及鐵板燒套餐,價錢由$110起。推介包括有雜錦壽司定食、海鮮鐵板燒套餐以及彩(刺身丼)午餐等等。
